Million Bells® White Chimes gets an upgrade! The new improved version has a less upright and more of a mounding habit, larger flowers, and a whiter coloured flower, compared to the previous variety.
Sun Parasol® introduces a new Classic and Pretty type to this very popular series, called Classic Burgundy and Pretty White both provide beautiful colour extensions to the current assortment of varieties. Classic Burgundy has the excellent branching habit that helped make Crimson Fantasy the leading variety of its type in the market, while adding a beautiful change of colour. The flowers of Classic Burgundy age gracefully with time, transforming from the rich burgundy hue to a lovely soft plum colour. Pretty White is the first of its type and provides a welcome companion to Sun Parasol® Giant White.
Surfinia Patio Aqua becomes the sixth variety now available under the relatively new Surfinia Patio concept. Fulfilling first and foremost the requirement of a compact habit, early flowering and durability, Aqua has beautiful ocean blue coloured flowers that look amazing in hanging baskets or planted en masse in a sunny garden bed.
Kazari welcomes three new varieties; Bright Red, Dark Blue and Magenta. All three varieties feature greatly improved branching which means more flowers! The improved habit is very important, however all three also feature magnificent flower quality and strong bold colours that will certainly make a statement when in full bloom. These new season varieties are only available from your local Bunnings store (see News Article: New Season Kazari Plants Only Available at Bunnings).
Tapien Pink Passion also gets an upgrade, with the introduction of Pink Passion Improved! Again it’s the improved branching habit that now allows this popular plant to produce many more flowers over more of the plant. Its reputation as the most mildew resistant verbena in the market is upheld with Pink Passion Imp. During nationwide testing, Pink Passion remained very clean without the use of any fungicides.
